I didn’t take as many pictures in the place as I normally do for my reviews because I’m in an ambulance and people would react crazy lol. BUT let me tell yall, this little gem in Amarillo is so underrated it’s crazy to me! First of all, I want to thank the owners from the bottom of our hearts because they always, always take great care of EMS when we come in on duty! They get to us fast, and nearly every single time I’ve been there the owners or the staff pay for our drinks or small fruit treat. While we never expect it, it’s such a small thing to them but a big big thing to us that we are treated the way all the employees treat us when we come in. Our jobs are, quite frankly, hard. Emotionally and physically exhausting. So having a small business in the area act like they just want to get us what we NEED and get us back to our jobs quickly is so incredibly nice, we normally don’t know what to say other than thank you so so much. We want y’all to know we appreciate everything you do for us and it absolutely makes a difference in our day/night. My favorites are watermelon waters, Diablo (I’m so sorry for the life of me I can’t remember the full name) and Horchata! If you’re ever in this area, or just want a refreshing treat that’s different than what you usually have, make the drive, I promise you it’s worth it!!! Side note, I really really wish you guys would open a location in south Amarillo. I live around coulter and the loop and there is nothing like this around us! Y’all would make a killing over here šŸ˜…

Not disappointed but somehow I can't believe I gave this place yet another try! From the beginning the service was bad with the people biting their nails, annoyed to take my order and not to mention how rude everyone was. I was hoping the rest of my visit to paleton would smooth over but I had no ice in my aguas frescas, my corn in a cup was more like corn in AGUA, and it was literally so disgusting everywhere you looked. Disgusting service, disgusting snacks and overall disgusting place. No wonder it has gone down hill. Can't wait to give other nearby places a try.

One of my favorite places to get a treat. They have an extensive menu and everything I've had so far has been amazing. My favorites are the enchamoyada (a giant watermelon slice with chamoy & Tajin) and the Coconut-Pecan and Pistachio aguas frescas. Service is always friendly and helpful, too. Dine-in service has resumed, as well.

Ordered 3 clamato drinks. They poured to much tapatio in them.couldnt drink them..threw away drinks. They did not want to fix order. At $13 a glass . $39 wasted. Response... well , you didn't look into situation good enough..been going to paleton for years...I know how they make clamato drinks..never had to tell , you guys how spicy or not spicy to make it..it was always good before.. Not our first time drinking them never had problems before...Girl on phone told us to either come and you'll replace drinks or come next day for refund..I said it was already late, it was around 8pm..and we were already settled in at home..we shouldn't have to drive back and forth just because one of YOUR employees made drink bad..we were told about refund..we didn't just make it up ourselves.. Customers like my family have been going to you guys for years , but I guess that doesn't matter to you..In this time when businesses are closing left and right, you'd take care of your...

Place is good. Ice cream, drinks and treats are great. Staff on other hand is lacking.

It's great that help the younger generations with work experience. That being said, there has to be an adult to supervise these kids. It's a bit frustrating to see so many employees looking busy instead of actually getting customers out. It's not rocket science the duties there expected to accomplish.

A little direction and stern supervision would go a long way to making this place great again.

Follow up edit: the place has gotten a lot better as far as handling customers. Everything is more prompt. Service is wonderful. Keep up...
