Honestly I am not impressed at all. My mother and I made an appointment for mani pedi. I told them I wanted a full set of ambre nails and a gel mani. Color selection was so dated and not many colors expect brown. I had to go with a basic polish for a decent color. $185 plus cash tips for both ladies and my moms nails look even worse. They pushed her to the side and didn't file her nails. Idk why you took money from a elderly lady if you were not going to do what she paid for. This is poor business in my opinion. I asked several times for us to sit beside each other so I could help her and the lady took her to another room and made her sit while she did someone else nails. Then didn't even file the tips of her nails. I asked for acrylic ambre and got a dip.. I personally don't like dip it doesn't last long. Why is there a problem with this? I asked several times and nothing was done...
