This place gets zero stars from me manager taking order cut us off mid order to tell us the total and to pull up when we didn’t get finished ordering the first sandwich had an ugly attitude and when I did complete my order and got to the window she snatched my card out of my hand and I asked if there was a problem she starts yelling and I asked for the manager she said it was her and I asked to speak with someone else she completely disregarded my request and continued with her attitude I told her I am also a manager and she needs to work on her customer service especially being a manager. All I wanted was a sandwich from my favorite place and get disrespected by a worker who is not even in the appropriate attire hair everywhere needs to be put upcorrectly, tighter or in a hair net. Someone fire her🤦🏽‍♀️ just disgusting behavior from a grown individual coming from an 18 year old...

First time going to this location. Usually go to Georgia St. location.Called in to order for pick up. Server taking order was rude and seemed put out. Didn't understand I was ordering food to pick up and kept insisting I was ordering for a catering job. What?? Was he new? Ordered. Thank goodness I pressed to review the order and the name on the order. He got our order wrong 3 times as well as final price. When I asked why he didn't ask for a name, he said it came up on the phone. When I inquired, it was the wrong name. Had to press to make sure the order was correct and name was correct. Very disappointed. Will only choose Georgia location...

The food was actually very good. However the fact they would have let it sit in the window and get cold really aggravated me. I made my order, got my drink and sat down. It should have dawned on me not to sit long after I never heard anyone’s name called. After about 10 min I go to the window (just around the corner) and there sits my food. It was cold. While I ate my cold sandwich, that should have been warm, I tried to hear the girl who was calling out names. She indeed was whispering and I was not the only one. The guy who took my order was...
