Off to a great start with their Grand Opening (which I dont know when it happened but glad it finally did!!)

Service 5 ⭐️ as my husbands cup would only be empty for a moment and we were checked on often

Atmosphere 5 ⭐️ as I loved the music, everything was clean and pretty!

Started with the soup (ya know, that dish water soup 😂) And it was so flavorful! Good start!

Next the steamed gyoza 🥟 with the sauce, a 10/10 for flavor, texture, and amount

Finally, shrimp tempura temaki, Mangonlian beef and fried rice, and the house salad with ginger dressing! All so flavorful, the sushi roll was the best, I really liked the ginger dressing (and I’m super picky about that but had to try it!! I’ll be honest, it hits hard with the ginger 🤤 ) and the beef my husband said he would definitely order again!!

We were on a road trip and came back to Texas wanted some Asian food. Decided to try this restaurant due to good reviews. It turned out to be very disappointed. We ordered the fried rice we got bonus surprise - egg shells, great for our calcium supplement. Also, lower your bar of Japanese food here. We ordered a few rolls and none taste good. Obviously made by not well trained chef. The only good thing is the rolls are huge. Udon has all kinds of weird veggies shouldn’t be found in the soup. Not a single dish worth the price you pay. The issue was brought up to the waitress attention, she apologized and told the manager, no further actions were taken...

The place is nice, and the waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the nigiri I ordered was the worst fish I have eaten in my life. Wherever they’re buying from they need to stop, it tastes like fish flavored watermelon. Even salmon and tuna, relatively distinctly flavored fish tasted primarily of water, and had the consistency of a watermelon or cantaloupe. I tried a piece of every meat that came on the 141 platter and every single one was flavorless, watery, and disgusting. Please fix this.
