I was a "fangirl" from day 1 when we saw Lisa Harris on the local realty morning show saying "Call me"....... we did! When we first connected, it was during football playoffs and we were just inquiring, not quite ready. She totally understood since her household was also a football home lol. We were pleasantly surprised that she remembered us 7 months later when we called again! We met with her and we had many questions and were feeling really unsure if we'd be able to make something happen with our financial story. She made us feel at ease and confident, as she reassured us that she would find us the perfect home. We saw many homes and made a couple of offers that didn't pan out, Lisa would not let us feel defeated and was always so positive and optimistic that we would find the right one. She was very patient with us and always available to answer the many questions we had throughout the process. She worked around our schedules as I commute for work and am not back in town til late evening. She was with us every step of the way, guiding us and informing us. She made it happen! Lisa did awesome, she helped my dad sell his home, that he and my mom owned together, for 8 years in Amarillo, TX. The reason for the sale was the unexpected passing of my mom in December 2023. My dad was not expecting this outcome and was very sad after her passing and still misses her. Lisa was very kind with helping my dad during the whole process. She explained everything in a way that really helped my dad. She also included my brother and I in the whole process as well. We were all scattered but with the help of technology and Lisa guiding us, we were all able to communicate effectively and in a timely fashion. This has been a hard time for our whole family, but we know my mom is having a great time in heaven with all of her family and friends who have passed before her. I'd like to award no stars but it won't let me. Most horrible experience I've ever had trying to buy a house is one she had listed. We were the first to look and make an offer on the house, the sellers countered and we agreed. They signed the papers but before we could get the papers signed she convinced the sellers to back out and go for more money. She obviously doesn't stick to an agreement and is completely unethical and has zero integrity. We were so excited to finally find the home we had been looking for and just like that, she ripped that away from us.
