The first time I went into this place, I was told by one of the employees that if I brought my line over, I could get a Samsung A51 for free! When I had the funds, I went back and a different employee was there who was to busy on her phone to help me fully, really could not answer any of my questions other than to explain to me I was misled by the other employee. After having to go get another phone from rent-a-center, I signed up for the highest plan to receive the promotion from sams club only to find out, after doing everything right! I never received my promotion! I've called cricket a total of 5 times just to get the run around, and one of the people I had spoken with on the phone tried to tell me I wasn't eligible when I know for %100 I was! I'll probably be switching to a different carrier within a month.
