After ordering a 6 pack of variety cookies on Friday, my Mom & I knew we needed more Lemon Bar cookies so on Saturday I ordered a 4 pack of Lemon Bar cookies & they were all undercooked (almost raw in the center) and the lemon dressing on top was gelatinous... For the $15.99 cost of the 4 pack none of the cookies were even edible, which is unfortunate because of the revolving nature of the cookie menu!! The service at Crumbl Cookie is always top notch, but with all the employees being teenagers the quality control is lacking, and cookie consistency is questionable.

Update: Crumble did disappoint this time. I literally only ordered cookies last week for one specific cookie. The fruity pebbles one. They did not send me with a fruity pebbles, instead, your basic chocolate chip. I was very disappointed to get home and open the box to find no fruity pebbles. šŸ˜’ And unfortunately, they did not show me the contents prior to me leaving because I added the special message. I'm still sour about this almost a week later. 😩 Crumble cookies never disappoint!

Typical Crumbl experience. The staff was friendly enough and welcomed me upon entrance. I used the kiosk inside the store to quickly order. The process was smooth and easy, as expected.

The cookies were boxed in a timely fashion. I’m not a fan of the boxing practices employed by Crumbl. I don’t live in the area and when I purchase cookies they are often a mix of cookies that are served warm and others that are chilled. Putting them all in a box together makes a mess. The chilled cookies are warmed and some of the elements melt and run all over the box.

Some of Crumbl’s newer options, like their cakes are too tall for the box. When the employees close the box they smash the product and ruin the presentation as well as rub off the topping onto the box. Other times the cookies are placed into the box in a fashion that when the box is closed the sides of both cookies that border the closed box get ā€œcutā€ or scarred by the closed box. Is this the end of the world to have a smashed cookie, no, of course not. But for how much they charge for a cookie, you think the cookie would be better protected for leaving the store with.

Also, a pet peeve of mine, is when the employees go from handling cash and working the register straight back to making/handling cookies. While I’m not a germophobe, it does seem unsanitary and certainly puts me off. I use the kiosk for this reason, but it doesn’t mean that the person before me couldn’t pay in cash and the employee working the register handling their cash and then my cookie.

For what it’s worth, this happens across many Crumbl locations, not just this one.

This was a remarkably average...

We have been coming to crumbl for a long time and have always had the best experiences so this was honestly disappointing. We ordered our minis on the app and selected our time to come pick them up just like we are supposed to when ordering on the app. We showed up at our time and clicked that we were here and coming in the building and unbeknownst to us the workers were handing out our cookies to somebody else as we were walking in. After waiting for a very long time, we finally were able to ask somebody what was going on and that’s when we found out that they handed our cookies out. Even more upsetting than this, they were out of the flavor I was really looking forward to and would have had had the employees been paying attention to whose cookies are whose. So as a result, I had to leave with the flavor I didn’t want as much because the company messed up and handed out the last one in the store to the wrong person. I understand that it was a little busy when we arrived but that is still no excuse for not paying attention to whose order is whose, and then, as a result people not getting the flavor they want when they should have gotten. We spent a lot of time at the store that we could have been doing something else. I came here thinking I would have the pleasurable experience that I always have but instead the opposite. The employees were very unprofessional which makes me question what happened to the nice hard working ones that used...

Pretty expensive but an occasional treat. I went right after they first opened and ordered 4 cookies to try out. I only ate a couple bites of each. They are seriously huge. You don't realize how huge till you start to eat one. Each one is probably easily the size of a large cupcake in terms of mass. I found myself eating about a fourth of one at a time because it was equal to one normal cookie. So keep in mind when you pay four bucks for a cookie that is like getting 4 cookies anywhere else. My favorite thing is the icing they put on the sugar cookie. It's pink and absolutely delicious. I would go back for more just for that frosting.

The second time I went I ended up getting a s'mores cookie and a chocolate chip cookie, just to try out. The chocolate chip uses milk chocolate. I would have preferred dark chocolate. They offer different varieties every day to choose from. There are also smaller versions but I think they are only available for catering or to order for parties. They put one of each variety they offer out on the counter so you can see what they look like. They are very tempting looking. There are no gluten-free varieties according to a friend of mine. And the amount of sugar is not for the...
