Unable to return an unopened package of glue 5 days after purchase, because in small print under the item description, it shows it is not refundable. Not at all Pleased with this store. ordered a tool box was told when purchased a date that it was going to be in the store. Date has come and gone and they do not know where my box is or when it will be in. i asked to cancel my order so i could go to another store and pick up the box thats in stock was told they cant cancel my order until it comes in but they have no idea when its going to come in. horrible communication and...

I’m a big fan of the store and the tools for the prices you pay, just not at this location. I’ll be blunt, you guys need better training on customer service.
