We order to go food and been waiting for for over 45 minute. The during the time there are table that were left unclean for that 45 minute time spend, to the point where incoming customer have to push the dirty dishes to the side just to sit at the table. There two waiter and 6 table but they can’t even clean 2 table out of the 6 for new customer. Idk much about food but the customer service is not the place to be at.

I really enjoy this place! I usually order Chicken pho soup with crab rangoons. The sauce is very delicious, very light and savory. The soup is a generous serving and it left a very good impression with the mint and lemon! I didn’t expect the free water with the drinks so I was very happy with that as well. My family love going here, so you should definitely try it out! 10/10 recommend.

Best pho in Ames! My boyfriend and I always go here and the service amazing (if it's not really crowded). I usually ask for more bean sprouts and mint and they give big portions! My boyfriend and I usually split the pho (beef noodle soup) and he always gets the fried dumplings. I would stay away from the boba though, it is not up to par as it should be for an asian restaurant.

I'm Never one to write a reviews for anything, Literally never do this, but the service and food are so great I thought to myself I need to do something them, Im gonna start with the service the staff Is super sweet, just kind souls, they patiently, describe the items on the menu down to the ingredients the first time I went and when it comes to the food you can always expect excellence, there is so much flavor put into every dish all in great harmony, I also like that it always taste the same, I mean... how many times have you order food at a restaurant and it doesn't taste the same as last time you order? , well Pho & tea gets it right everytime, no off days, they are immediately my go to when recommending places to eat, I do have to say the sitting arrangement is not the best counting with 6 tables 4 chairs in each not the best option if your planning to dine in with a big group, but not to worry because if your ordering take out that food will be ready within 15min wich is impressive if you consider how good and savory it comes out, this is a long review and Trust me it could be longer I just wish this business to do well because God...

My friends and I are huge lovers of bubble tea, so we were excited to try this place after seeing all the positive reviews. Sadly, the bubble tea was disappointing. I got the mango green tea, and it was alright, but the tea had a fermented taste to it. Our friends got the blue wave and matcha milk tea, and they both just tasted like milk. My boyfriend got the Thai milk tea, and it tasted like it was burnt. We weren't a fan of the tapioca pearls as they were too soft for our preference.

In regards to the restaurant and service, the place was clean, but it didn't feel super inviting. We weren't greeted when we came in, but to be completely honest, we would still come back if the bubble tea was worth it, but it just wasn't.

I can't speak to the food, but if you're interest in bubble tea I'd...

Not the cleanest place...splatters of sauses on the wall. I asked for a sample of Pho broth to taste, something I do often just to see which region their flavor profile is from. 90 percent of places we go to have no issues and are happy to serve me a tea cups worth. The ones that don't is my first clue that the broth has not been simmering for hours and hours, strained and classified. The broth is the center of the experience and any establishment not proud of their broth and will to give out a small table spoon sized sample is disappointing.

Now my wife is complaining about the flys...
