So nice to see customer service is still alive. Jon was extremely thorough and patient helping us select new counter stools. He helped us narrow down our choices, carefully explaining fabric and finish options. When we picked up the stools he noticed a scratch on the leg and immediately submitted a return and replacement while allowing us to use the damaged stool until the new base arrived. He couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. The have a very large selection to choose from....

Bought 4 custom bar stools at Dining and Stools Unlimited. Fabric started to fray prematurely on the stool cushions. John went out of his way to talk to the manufacturer and make sure that the cushions were replaced with a sturdier fabric, and that they would no longer sell the fabric that so quickly wore out. Great Customer service despite some delays in getting the correct cushions back from the manufacturer. I recommend them on their superior...
