Good food ! horrible customer service. Even if there was no such thing as customer service in this world, good human respect for one another is valuable. Iv'e been going to this place for about a year and the cashier always has an attitude with me, its just a very rude look and the way she talks to me. I ordered a egg and cheese burrito with cilantro and beans, she placed the wrong order with the chef, then she has the balls to question me in front of the whole staff when i returned the food and in front of customers, as if she knew i was going to return the food, as if she knew that she placed my order wrong, but

Six years ago, my experience at The Grill was okay, not great and didn't expect to return.

However, I am thrilled to say that The Grill has definitely gotten so much better and has now become my go-to place!

The tacos are now absolutely delicious. I also have to commend the improvement in their chicken sandwich, which has become incredibly flavorful and delicious, a significant step up from my past experience. Their cheeseburgers are also fantastic and a consistent favorite.

What truly elevates The Grill is their customer service, which is beyond excellent. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and it's such a pleasure to visit a place where you are consistently greeted with a smile. This welcoming atmosphere genuinely enhances the entire experience and makes the already delicious food even more enjoyable.

I've been coming here since my CSUF days and it's been a love relationship ever since ❤ I LOVE this place! This establishment is casual dining and their food is DELICIOUS! Their burgers? Muah! Their taquitios? Drool!

The plates are very well portioned, which is good news for me, lol! PLUS they have a great variety of food - a great mix of Classic American and tasty Mexican. I was SO impressed with their carne asada though! I ordered Carne Asada Fries one time and wow, the meat was very well maintained! One of my favorite places for nachos. The workers here are genuinely nice too.
