Subway — Restaurant in Fullerton

I go here almost every friday for the Tuna deal they have. Its the closest from my work and easy to deal with since you can order through the app. Most times ive picked up through the app there were things off about the sandwich (ill get extra ingredients or things are missing, the directions werent followed as closely etc). Today, Jasmine did my order, and it was a great sandwich. Her attention to detail was on spot and she even wrapped my sandwich twice without requesting (never even thought of that. I always have a problem with the juices leaking over time). In general this place is pretty good and their indoor facility is clean and usually quick when they are a little busy. Walked in today (07/30/20) to buy a sub. The older lady that took my order did not look like she wanted to take my order. Her customer service skills are practically non-existent. I would have loved it if instead she had told me she did not want to take my order because she was in a bad mood and I would have gladly gone elsewhere without having to leave this review. I can see why this place is so empty compared to the other Subways I have visited. I will avoid this location at all costs....

Missed the route 30 bus so wanted to try it out in my 40 mins wait. Ordered a small flatbread vegetarian sub and it was fantastic (no soggy sauces or old veggies). There is dine in space for 30ish people and each table is wheelchair accessible.
