Don Roberto Jewelers — Local services in Anaheim

Very awful experience, starting at the door were you can't get inside the jewelry shop unless an employee from inside buzzes you in, that already gives the place a strage, unsafe, cheap vibe. This Don Roberto's in particular has very few item to select from, being necklaces, rings, watches ect. So in other word not alot of options to choose from. Were im most disappointed was the sales man. He was nice to begin with. I established my budget with him from the start of our conversation, but he continuously chose to ingonre my request, and showed me only items that were double even triple the price that we agreed upon. When i was ready and chose a ring closest to my money cap, we sat down at the register to start talking payment agreements.

• then another customer was buzzed in* Immediately the mood changed the sales man who is attending me, wanted to suddenly rush me and close the deal. It was very frustrating because this sale's person kept constantly looking over my shoulder to look at the othe customer that walked in earlier. Even while answering my questions he didnt make eye contact with, just overall ignoring my presence. This disrespectful behavior i couldn't tolerate so i left the store without purchasing anything. My friend and I needed a new watch battery and replacement.

The shop was open but we had to knock and a gentleman came to the door and opened it.

Began to tell him what we needed, and as I did in English he just smiled and shook his head no. I asked him do you replace watch batteries? And he said no no and tried to close the door while I was talking. Replace watch batteries? And he said no no and tried to close the door while I was talking.

If this place is for only Spanish speaking customers they should have that posted or say so and not waste people's time.

He spoke enough English to tell me no no watch battery. But shutting the door in our face while we were talking was so rude and uncalled for.

If I were you I would head over to Anaheim plaza where there is a jeweler next to Ulta and they are amazing. Wide array of services very courteous and top-notch customer...
