Been coming here for 1 year and it has been a pleasure and fun coming to support this shop! The owner and staff are amazing!! They have the best customer service ever! The staff definitely loves working here! There Halloween haunts are the best & mostly all of their seasonal popups events are free! During their Christmas season they decorate so beautifully and I love that every time they have a pop up event they do giveaways for gift cards to use for the shop! Lately the shop has turned into the best labubu shop nationwide!! Their reservation plan was well put together and their selection has been excellent, you can literally find any viral labubu, popmart, miniso etc blind box you name it u will definitely find it here! They have a huge selection of the best quality labubu clothes as well! Will never go anywhere else for my labubu finds or any viral collectibles but here! This is by far my favorite shop to get authentic labubus at great prices and their outfit selections far out number any other store. They also carry all the other hot popmart blind boxesand other trending items. All the staff there are awesome and beyond helpful and the store while small is absolutely adorable. They always have everythingin stock and literally 100s of outfits and accessories. The prices are great and they're almost always having some type of sale too! We can't wait to go back againand again. We've literallygone every week for the last 3 months and gave no plans if changing that...

Finally able to get an actual labubu for myself and my daughter! They're a bit pricey but comparable to buying from any online vendor, but I don't have to wait hours outside of a pop mart hoping to maybe get one, and the ones we got were real. Everyone inside was friendly and we weren't rushed. You have to follow their insta to know when to virtual queue for the day, and you have to be quick to get a reserved spot, so the process can be a bit tricky. Parking kinda sucked too. Otherwise,...
