Past experiences have almost always been the same, more recent ones are problematic.
Older orders went well, pizza was good, didn't get sick at least.
Once my online order was seemingly forgotten and made late. I had to wait while people walked in and left. I actually stood there for a while before being attended to on two occasions. I don't know if that has changed this year.
Pizza hut themselves removed a lot of the drizzles. My favorite was the balsamic vinegar, and this pizza hut introduced me to it, so this place has some sentimental value.
Eventually this location removed the $10 box, and then added it back at some point. Wanted the box often when it wasn't available, so stopped getting food here.
Though when I eat someone else's leftovers, (recent /this year) it does make me a little ill. I'm not sure what's to blame, and it could easily be their stupidity and nothing to do with the pizza hut. I'd probably give a sliver of caution.
Very expensive, unless you've got coupons, hut lover stuff. Honestly, spend $20 and 2 to 3 hours to learn and make 4+ pizzas yourself. Unless you've got coupons/discounts.
The Chicken Alfredo is always good, though. The bread sticks of all kinds are also great. I love the cheese ones. So melty. So cheesy.
Icing dip is horrendously sweet for me, but those sticks taste great without a need for a dip. Nothing to do with this location, just fun to write notes.
This place, though, is not bad, in fact, 4* when they're attentive and on time.
I've been turned off this location for a while because of my own experiences and prices. Hopefully many others have better luck with the years of pizza to come.
My favorite part, though, is the fact they handle online orders quite well. No mistakes, despite the issues. Every pie was good. I walk in the exact amount, cash, and leave...
Read moreThis Pizza Hut location is absolutely terrible.
For our party of 6, I ordered 2 medium pizzas and 2 large stuffed crust pizzas. For one of the stuffed crusts, I ordered it with pepperoni and mushrooms. Unfortunately, it was only received with pepperoni.
I assumed it would be an easy fix, so I called the store to report the error. The associate who helped me said that in order for them to replace the pizza, I would need to bring back the incorrect one. I told her I could send her a photo, but I felt as though we should be comped an entirely new pizza for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back. She resisted. She even had the audacity to confirm with the kitchen staff that the pizza was made correctly - “they said they did add the mushrooms”, insinuating that I was lying. Mind you, the receipt was attached to the order so I confirmed it wasn’t an order error.
Frustrated, I hung up and settled for the incorrect pizza. I probably wouldn’t have cared as much if it weren’t a whole $4 dollars to add the damn mushrooms.
The company needs to do a better job of training their staff on customer service resolutions because this experience was absolutely unacceptable. No wonder it has 1.8...
Read moreWe have been coming down to this pizza for generations. This Pizza Hut is our spot especially next to our local donut shop. Anyway now that I am an adult myself (ajaja) and I also have worked as a cashier for more than seven years I understand the pressure that one goes through and as a customer service rep it ain't easy sometimes. Sometimes things don't always go right from the years I have came here but when there is that one person that makes it right it makes you want to come back for more! I want to thank Michael a young man who works in the register. The times I have gone and he is there he always makes me feel welcomed, asks me about how my day goes we make conversation and he never ever forgets to ask how I want my crust (never). Michael always has a smile upon a customers arrival and he is very patient, he never forgets to mentions the deals and when my pizza is done he makes sure it was made the way the customer wants it. This young man Michael deserves a recognition because even when my husband has gone he treats him with the same respect and quality. Thank...
