Definitely recommended! Leo provided the best customer service and was quick to answer our questions and address any concerns we had.
We came in unannounced on Friday to check out one of the cars that was listed on their website. Leo was able to quickly get the car unlocked for us to take an initial look at it, but the battery was dead (common for cars sitting on lots or haven't been started in a while), so we set up to visit again on Monday for a test drive. When we came back on Monday, they informed us that they replaced the car battery as well and just needed a driver's license to go for a test drive. We inspected everything and left a comment about the passenger side mirror only being adjustable left/right, and not up/down. They ensured us that they'll have a mechanic take a look and fix it, so we discussed the price and agreed on the payment terms (down payment, financing, etc).
I came back the next day and confirmed that the side mirror was fixed. As we started the paper work, they also washed the car for us! Leo was super thorough in explaining where each fee came from (DMV registration, sales tax, price of the car, etc), as well as all the paperwork associated with the car itself (title status, carfax report, details about open recalls). He was also incredibly patient with answering any questions I had about financing (confirmed there was no pre-payment penalty, the loan duration/monthly payment terms).

My husband and I purchased a 2007 Dodge Charger on 11/23/2018. We test drove the car, listened for any unusual sounds, looked under the hood and found the car to be in really nice condition. We were told the car had gone through a inspection and service prior to us buying. We've had the car exactly 1 week and the transmission went out! This is a major issue. I understand it is a used car, and accept that there will be issues, but this is not acceptable. Getting the transmission rebuilt is a very costly expense. I understand that i'm now stuck with a car that now needs a major repair.
I would hope that Quality Auto would be willing to fix this issue and show that they are an honest car dealership and value their customers. I await a return phone call, and hope that they will be willing to resolve this issue.
I will update this review as things progress.
Update: I finally got a response after posting this review. He asked for a copy invoice showing the work done to the transmission, which I sent. After that, no response.
I’m still waiting for my license plates as well. My temporary is about to expire so I go to the DMV and they have no record of Quality One regarding my plates. I had to pay additional fees to get my plates!

We got to the place and spoke to a sales man dont remember his name but he was dressed as a hawaiian mexican guy which he didnt even offered some water or a seat nothing. I asked if we can see the car and had a fit telling us that we couldnt see or drive the car if we didnt put an application towards it which i never heard about else where. We tried getting the car but he asked way too much money for down for a $10k car. Another white couple came to see a gray frontier and they served them better they immediately got the truck out for a test drive. These place is not recommended at all.
