I ordered Osmo mobile 6 as a New Year's gift for my brother. There was a deal on that item - 89$. I've got the email ( Dec 29th ) that the order was confirmed and getting ready to be shipped. Two days after ( Dec 31st afternoon ) I'm getting another email cancelling my order "Order #1218 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded." I called the store, spoke with the person who called himself manager. I asked him to help me with my brother's gift. He said it was their website that glitched. Item is out of stock and they'll have it in few days. I said ok, can you ship it when you have it? He said no, you would have to make another order. I said ok, but can you make sure that I at least have the discount that I had? He said no, you would have to get it with the new price. No even apologies that I lost two days because of their glitch, nothing...

If that was really the manager, shame on you to treat your customers like that, especially on the New Year's Eve ! Absolutely unprofessional, zero customer service. It's very unfortunate when customer is treated like that. I wouldn't recommend using this website and their store. Stick with companies that care about...

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I called in advance about a specific camera I needed for my sister’s graduation. I was told by Oscar that they had one left in stock and that I could place a deposit to hold it until I returned from vacation the following week. I agreed and paid the deposit with the understanding that the camera would be reserved for me.

When I called before driving nearly an hour to pick it up, I was put on hold for an extended period and then informed by Mike (the owner) that the camera had already been sold. When I expressed my frustration about the situation and the lack of professionalism, he dismissed my concerns and made it clear he was unwilling to discuss it further.

This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Deposits should guarantee that a product will be held, and customers should not be treated with such disregard. I cannot recommend this business and caution others to be very careful before making any purchase or...
