Jose is a scammer. He’s the only technician in his place. He’s way way way delayed or backlogged. I would not recommend this guy for repair. He will just take your money for nothing. I brought my projector 5 months ago. We discussed about the focus problem. There’s a shadow on font or the letters are a little blurry. So he asked for $25 deposit for diagnostic. So I paid $25. He didn’t even give me a call and say that he can’t repair a projector. He said there’s nothing wrong with keystone. I told him the problem is the focus .not the keystone. This guy is crazy! He said I’m only expert for TV. So after 5 months I went there to show what is wrong with my projector. I took my projector back. And he took my $25 deposit because he said because of he’s time diagnostic the projector. It looks like he didn’t even check or diagnose my projector. So this guy is just collecting all the MONEY from the people and will NOT REPAIR IT RIGHT...

I had Jose to repair my tv 70inch and he repaired it the first time not working he was only replacing a optical cord My tv was showing beautifully I just got my tv back he replace the whole main board with a 60 inch tv parts my picture of my tv is blurry you can’t really tell what the people face look like I will be contacting a lawyer and I will sue him because you can’t keep destroying people hard earned product tv are expensive and you going charge all this money for the house calls and labor but nothing is fixed this is a very bad repair guy and I will take him to court just spoke to him he don’t want to fixed the problem he want to brush it off PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS TV REPAIR GUY VERY SHADY AND WORK IS POOR POOR QUALITY BAD...

The old man in there charged me a price when I took my TV for screen repair, I waited longer than he told me he would take and when he called me to pick up the TV he charged me $120 more from the original price.
