So, I bought a new phone from the cricket store, and they placed a screen protector on it. Now, I admit that I am a little OCD, so the fact it was a bit off center bothered me already, but the problem was that it stuck out on the right side just enough to catch on my pocket. they also do not have a case for my new phone, other than some that really did not fit my style. Well, in two days the protector broke from hanging on my pocket as I pulled it out, and I went back to get a new one. Of course it wasn't replaced for free, but at least this time I was given the discount I was promised the first time. Well, mostly. Apparently some of the employees have trouble doing math, so I still wind up paying more than I should have. Fast forward a couple weeks, and I have literally had to go to another state to find a case for it, as the new accessories they said would be coming in still have not. A couple more weeks later, the screen protector has broken yet again, this time while in the leather case I bought in Florida. This time I go back to the local dealership, expecting no joy, but fortunately the manager was in. She was absolutely wonderful, professional, and helped me find a case and a screen protector that would fit. When the first one did not fit well, she replaced it with another one at no extra charge though it was more expensive. She also let me keep the screen protector that came with the previous one after hearing the issues I had had with it so far. Her application of the screen was nearly perfect, and at least made me not hate the store. I doubt I'll be going back unless I have serious issues, but if you have to go, I would recommend trying to get the manager, as she seems to be the only one with a real grasp on what a phone needs to be useful and productive rather than just as an accessory piece for social stupidity. All of the associates were polite and kind, but sometimes customer service requires actual service rather than just lip service and smiles. I actually called the home office and told them how good of a job the manager had done in meeting my needs. She went above and beyond after I was expecting nothing, and make sure that I...

Read moreWe were in the store today to get my husband a new phone. The sales associate Elijah was on his feet as soon as we walked in eager to help us. He know his specs on the two phones we were interested in. They were the LG Stylo 5 or the Samsung galaxy A11. If he did not know he went into the phone to find the information we needed. He went above and beyond for helping us. We ended up getting the Samsung Galaxy A11. He helped us set it up and then created and sealed the customer and sales associate relationship with a wonderful and educating conversation for himself and us. We have been customers of Cricket for about three or four years now and this is only the second time we have had this level of interaction with the sales associates there. Elijah keep up the amazing work! We look forward to doing business...
