Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Andalusia

My pizza came an hour after I ordered it. Supposedly someone came to my door and at the time I did think I heard a knock so I went to the door and nobody was there. So I immediately called pizza hut and told them this and asked if maybe they missed me or what but I let them know "I'm here, waiting for the pizza I ordered" and the woman says "he's out for delivery." I repeat myself "But it sounded like someone knocked and left and I wanted to make sure I didn't miss them" the woman says again "he's out for delivery he'll be there any minute." So I continue to wait and have to call again 20 min later.... I speak to a woman named AMANDA who was extremely rude, she cut me off and wouldn't even let me talk, she said "He knocked on your door three times and left" and I said "Ma'am I live in a small apartment I would've heard three rounds of knocking. And why didn't he just simply give me a call, my number is on file-" I was then cut off again with her accusing me of lying but refusing to answer why he wouldn't just call me. She told me "He knocked loud three times and nobody was there." At this point I just held my tounge because either way I know what actually happened because I was here 5ft from my front door and heard a tiny knock and answered the door to no one. AMANDA then angrily told me "He'll be there soon" and hung up. So farewell Pizza Hut. STICK TO DOMINOS. THEY WILL ACTUALLY DELIVER YOUR PIZZA ON TIME AND WILL SIMPLY CALL YOU IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF PROBLEM OR MUSUNDERSTANDING. OH AND THE EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY SPEAK NICELY TO YOU VERY MUCH UNLIKE...

First trip in a long time, I was impressed with the $5.00 for 2 or more item offer. I got pasta, pizza and cinnabon rolls. I recommend asking for extra sauce on the pasta, otherwise it is a little dry but they give you a generous amount. There was more than enough for 3 people for under $20. Enjoyed it! Update: Dinner inside, manager was running the cash register, taking phone orders, waiting on tables and trying to keep the kitchen moving as fast as possible. I asked her about her help and she said that the employee was running late but should be in soon. This is the first time I have dined in this Pizza Hut in a long time. I was surprised to find out that they no longer served beer or wine. We had the wings for appetizers and they were excellent. We were a group of 3 adults and we as also shared a large pizza. Judging from the temperature of the pizza when we received it, I believe it was delayed because of the number of orders ahead of it. It was definitely brought out to us as soon as it was ready. The wait was a long one, but they did seem to be extremely busy. As hard as it is to get good help these days management needs to make the effort to get some. One person trying to cover as much as the manager on duty that night was is insane! Sure she was doing a good job but no one should be...

Salad bar has few items but clean. There were only 4 partial pizzas on the buffet at 12:20pm, and 1/2 pan of pasta (dry too). Asked about other pizza coming out and informed only 2 more, apparently they base the amount on the bar by the diners!!The dining room had 11 people. Our server was nice. I only wish there were more items to choose from for the price. My husband and I had the skimpy bar and waters..thinking more eventually will come, only 1 cheese pizza was put out during the 40 minutes we were there! we gave up and left. Got a shock at check out, it was $29.00! And we left a $4 tip! When asked about the lunch buffet I was informed it was $15 per person and no drink!! So glad we had water and not $6 worth of drinks! Won't be back...
