Ordered online for family of four. Ordered my son chicken tender kids meal. The app asks for a phone number in case there’s any issues with your order. I received no phone call from them and drove all the way to Huddle House to pick up our order. When I got there, I was told that they had no chicken tenders. Ok that’s fine, but My first thought was why didnt anybody call me? I was still fine with the no phone call so I asked, can you just make a hamburger kids meal instead? I don’t even mind waiting. I was told no that I would have to go through the online process to get a refund and if I wanted anything else, I would have to pay for it. The kids meal were around the same price and I would pay any difference if any. And I got a no. I asked how I go about getting the refund. No one could give me a number. all they said was you just need to go call “the” number as they all continued to do what ever they were doing and not even coming to speak with me. I left aggravated because it seemed as if no one wanted to help me and I was an inconvenience and this was just my problem not theirs. They never even came over to talk to me. Simply yelled across the restaurant. After leaving, I looked up the Huddle House customer service phone number online to call about my refund and of all things the phone number for customer service that I am supposed to call for my refund doesn’t even work!!
I would have been fine with replacing the meal for something different or at least a phone call in advance but instead, I don’t believe I will be back period. This was a lot of trouble...
Read moreI visited again to order just a Hamburger 🍔. But I had to order a side with it. So she started asking the kitchen what items were available or 'not ran out of'. I agreed on green beans. Could only get a double cheese, with no cheese, meaning they charged me for cheese? Asked for jalapeños and was charged .99 cents for 2 slices. Also Asked for pickle and onion, but I didn't get any. The meat slices were cooked well done, almost too hard to eat. Honestly I feel cheated. The bowl of greens was half full. Let me say if you are looking for a home town burger, go somewhere else. The waitresses were better than some of the day shift. I live in Opp or I would take this food back.

Most of the time we have good experiences. Some of the waitresses are a bit slow, but at least they are trying. The standard of the company is starting to go down hill. Changing sizes of foods and increasing the price. No big complaints, they will replace anything that's...
Read moreWe had an awesome server/waitress but when our order went to the cook something went wrong. Ourselves as well as every table around us had something wrong with plates that were brought to our tables. Either an item was left off or something was cooked wrong. Also we all had a very, very long wait. The waitress apologized and took a portion off of our bill as well as those around us. Our waitress was awesome and seemed to be trying to fix things to the best of her ability. Not sure if there was a new cook or one in training because it didn't seem they were short staffed. At times there was 4 people in the cooking area but not sure how many are usually cooking but I don't think that many. The last couple of times we went to Huddle House in Andalusia we not pleased with our visit. Hopefully things will soon be worked out because this is our favorite 'breakfast any time' place. Our food was edible but not what fixed...
