Buyer beware, we purchased a reclining couch and recliner in August. Upon delivery of said couch it was discovered the USB charger center did not work. This apparently was not verified if everything worked before delivery. We called and they sent someone out to look at it just to say yup doesn’t work. Well now we’re in November. Part has supposedly been ordered since august. Never once have they called from the store to update us on the parts or expected delivery of the parts. We have had to call them every two or three weeks. We were promised on the last call around oct 12 that it would be in around 2 weeks from then. Still no part or call. I think I have given ample time and understanding. Customer service does not exist. They were eager to take my 3500 dollars but not so eager to fix my furniture. I do understand that sometimes things happen and parts do not work by no fault of their own but it should be priority to make it right. This sadly has not been the case here.
