King Buffet - Asian Buffet Restaurant — Restaurant in Andalusia

Update: After another 4 visits to this restaurant, I will give a higher rating. Still no greeting coming in or going out. Still no refills without asking. But, the food was hot and tasty 3 of the 4 visits. This is an improvement! So I will increase rating from one star to three stars. When food is hot and flavorful everytime, and greetings are given and beverages refilled, they will get a the coveted 5!

Very disappointed with this restaurant. New business, for seasoned owners. Opening day, one would think they would want to put their best foot forward. Upon entering, there was no greeting, and no thank you from coming! Neither was there a, we appreciate your business, as we left. The food was cold and tasteless. You could tell some food had been on steam table since lunch. The food was totally dried out. The food was very bland. There was very little variety of Chinese dishes. Pizza, mac and cheese, fries were available. However, if I want pizza I will go to a restaurant that specializes in pizza. Same applies to comfort food or American food! They need to fill steam tables with more Chinese dishes. As a customer, I go to a Chinese for Chinese food. That needs to be the focus, Chinese dishes. The wait staff needs training. They never came to check on table or offer refills. This was a bad experience for my family! We need a good Chinese in this area. If the owners will pay attention to constructive criticism and turn the negatives into positives, the community will support them. But mediocre food and service will not...

Update: Went back on Wednesday 9/11/19. People had been telling me the food was much better. I have to say I am impressed. Normally at 3 on a weekday buffets are cold and not very good but the food was mostly still fresh with stuff being brought out. They did have Cereal Tso chicken out this time and it was some of the best I have had in a long time. They had a lot more Chinese dishes out as well. The service kept me well hydrated with Dr pepper often. The price considering it was the dinner price not lunch price was pretty good as well

All in all. Good job Kings Buffet it was actually pretty good. I look forward to coming down for lunch when I know it's really fresh.

My spouse went to buy us egg foo young shrimp and chicken with a side order of broccoli..Once he return home . I began to make our plates. By appearances it look good, it was still warm. However once I began to cut into the party it was all beef and egg. My husband said He was taking it back. And I went with him. Because I was on the phone with him when he was at the restaurant placing the order. I heard the man voice repeat what I had ordered. So, how did it get wrong . The cook came out and said he would redo the order. So, we took the 2 batch home.Gave them the first batch. Drove home and open up the patty no shrimp . I was then heated . I called the man and told him who I was that I just left there and my order was still not right. I should not have to dig into the Patty's to find shrimp. And the chicken was very little mostly egg. So, I told him we were on our way back there again. No consolation for the poor service of our meal. And my husband ask for management and the woman gave us our money back.
