There were 2 registers open, I stood in the 2nd line at checkout, the lady running the register seemed exasperated at being there; got to where I could place items on the belt and she (the manager Bobbi) told me to go to the other register to be helped. Stood in the 1st line a few more minutes, placed all of my items on the belt. The other cashier (Bobbi the manager) went into the office even though there were long lines. The lady at the 1st register, was very helpful & started to ring me up & I let her know I was paying in cash with a $100.00 bill, she called for a price check to the manager who was in the office. The manager Bobbi said she couldn't help because she was on her lunch break. The cashier said it was just a bill check and the manager's response was "I'm sitting down". I wasn't able to complete my $35.00 cash purchase because the manager refused to do her job. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Dollar Tree stands out and ABOVE all other Dollar Tree stores!! In a good way it shines & stands out I should clarify, you only need a minute to shop down 1 aisle to see it's not like other stores. Management has let their stocking team go nuts (also in a good way!) And use whatever they need to make the products pretty and neat to easily buy items that normally are thrown in a corner and half the boxes opened and the items stolen. I'm happily surprised that there's no pink chewing gum stacked an inch thick on the cart handles. I hope this new change of the employees actually caring about the shoppers expenirece keeps on going! I will drive from Redding bypassing 3 closer Dollar Tree stores to shop at this store instead. They're open to 9pm at night, and won't close the door in your face 5minutes before they close. I bet management isn't thrilled about them staying open past closing, but when in a pinch it means the world I can still do...

I asked for assistance in looking for an item and let the manager know that and she was irradiated that she had to stop doing what she was doing to walk two isle over look for me. I had looked also prior but my neighbor wanted me to ask for assistance. Then I thanked her. She just walked way. After being there several times through the week only one customer service girl had a pleasant personality, smiled and wished us a nice evening. I've lived near this Dollar Tree for a little over 8 years and there's very few employees that are Pleasant to the customers. Anderson sure has a lack of customer care and thankfulness. I prefer to go out of Anderson for...
