Last night I was driving home and my battery light came on in my car. So first thing this morning I called in to the AutoZone in Anderson. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful he not only looked up the battery that I needed for my vehicle but also gave me all of the prices and warranties and charges that were associated with this battery purchase. I drove down to the location and let him know I was the person who called. Gave him a brief synopsis of what was going on, he suggested I test the battery before I make a purchase. While I was in the store another team member I didnât get the name also was very helpful and giving me information about what could be wrong if it wasnât my battery. Christian came out to the car and tested my battery which actually was fine. And then after that had me start the car so he could run diagnostics. Everything turned out to be OK and he wasnât sure why the light might be on. I would like to say that at this point my battery light was not on anymore. He suggested that I have it checked out. He also informed me that all of the auto zones in my area would have the same exact pricing if I did need a battery in the future. This visit to AutoZone gave me peace of mind and I really needed that. I want to thank the team at the Anderson AutoZone for providing great service.    Read moreWorst customer service ever⊠Ryan is very unprofessional, rude, and snappy towards customers for no reason. Yesterday I came in to buy some nuts and bolts for my exhaust. I get the ones I need by myself and I make my way up to the counter and there he already has attitude while he rings me up and tells me the total. Then I ask if I can use my phone number to link my purchase for a receipt on the app ,he gets upset and cuts me off saying the purchase was to little to get points. I specified saying that I wanted it online for my purchase history just incase I loose the receipt he then gets mad and asks for my number very rudely. I told him it wasnât very professional how he was acting towards me as Iâm a regular shopper with AutoZone he proceeds to shrug his shoulders and I asked for a manager. The manager proceeds to come out so I tell him how unprofessional Ryanâs actions were and the situation that had happened. While Iâm talking he starts mean mugging me the whole time then Ryan tells me to leave and not to come back or else, so I ask if heâs threatening me and he says we will see.    Read moreNot usually a shopper of this location but I did however drive a friend to Safeway this time last year and all seemed fine (car wise) then I went to leave and car had not one speck of power anywhere. After REALIZING THERE IS A AUTOZONE IN SAME PARKING LOT(AHH HAA MOMMENT) I walked my battery over there to have them look at it because they offer free checks on them and they will even charge it up for you if they can. But we tested battery over and over to make sure because he DID NOT want me to spend/waste what little I had.. and after some long waiting he was not able to charge it but he did get me the best deals a brand new battery and got me it for great price.
