Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Anderson

I don't ever leave bad reviews... but I was with metro for almost 12 years, the service was always pretty good... but today I walked into the Anderson store and I was furious... all I wanted was to spend a few hundred on a new phone... the new guy was cool... and the other girl who I could tell had been there for awhile was cool... but the young girl who kept talking over me, even after I told her my situation was it... I'm texting this from a Verizon phone... thanks for the last 11 12 year metro... but the girl who was peeing in diapers when I first got there just lost 7...

omg..I was in there yesterday to get a new phone and a new phone number. I wanted my old number disconnected. We went over what I wanted several times, he seemed to understand. But he messed everything up. Instead of disconnecting my old number, he added an extra line. I had to spend a good part of my day on the phone with their customer service getting everything worked out and I was already super busy and had a lot to do....

The employees were very helpful however I was there to take advantage of a promotion that was for existing customers. When I called about it customer service told me that I had to go into the store and then they told me that they never heard of the.promotion. they do not carry batteries for their phones so I could not replace my battery.
