Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Anderson

My sons school was having a fundraiser where 20% of your order price would be donated towards his class trip on November 2nd, so I thought ok I'll pay full price & try some new twists. I put in my order online that morning at about 9am, then called down to the restaurant around 4:30 to make sure they got it & it would in fact be ready on time. When I called I was asked if I could hold, I said no problem. I was left on hold for 20 minutes! So I got on my cell phone & called while I was still holding on my home phone & got right through, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager got on the phone & I told her what had just happened. She wanted to know what she could do to make this right? I said there really was nothing, I didn't want this meal discounted because it was for a fundraiser for my sons school, that was the entire point of getting dinner here at all. I had ordered an extra large pizza, 6 of the bacon cheddar twists which we hadn't tried yet, & 3 garlic parm twists. I get down there & my pizza is the only thing that right, she gave me 9 garlic park twist, no bacon cheddar twists, but gave me some cinnamon sugar twists that I didn't want. Then offers to make the twists I had originally ordered when I was upset with what she had done, I said no because then the rest of our dinner would be cold by the time we could get it home to eat, as this was a to go order!!!!!! Then she thought she made it all better by giving me a coupon for a free appetizer to use at a later date...... if this had been for anything other than our school trip fundraiser I would've walked out & not paid for any of it. M so disappointed, & if there was an option to give 0 stars...

Got a pizza the other day and had to wait an hour but I decided to give them another chance since they were very busy that night. Ordered online this time and it said it would be 20 mins gave them about 30 in case it was busy and when we got here there was a table full of employees and then one other table with customers, extremely slow and they hadn't even put our pizzas in to the system yet. The guy asked another guy if he put it in and the guy said no I'm on my 30 min lunch. The other guy ringing us up didn't apologize or anything just turned to us and said oh it didn't get put in so I'll put it in now. When I asked him how long he said 20 mins.. so now I have to wait almost an hour again with no apology or compensation. Extremely unhappy and irritated. The pizza is good but I'd rather go to a different pizza place with better service. I don't pay almost $50 to wait forever. Since the change over to the "clubhouse" it seems to have gone WAY downhill with the service!! I won't be coming back...

So I had booked a party a month in advance they confirmed my time three days prior. I get there and they tell me I only have the room for 30 minutes and then we got kicked out. I had it booked for 2 hours. They took my reservation and gave it to someone else and were rather rude when I asked about it. They moved us out to the loby to dirty tables that where covered in food , dishes and trash and they acted very bothered when asked if they could clean it. I had elderly women with my one with a walker and it was hard to get them to there seats. I was NOT impressed with them and they where like j said rather put out and upset that we took up three almost four tables for our party even tho they are the ones who messed up. What makes it worse is they had made the change 2 weeks before hand and never...
