Upscale Jewelry & Pawn Shop — Local services in Anderson

If I was able to give these business 0 stars they would have it! Horrible service came in to this store to only try and pawn (not sell) a ring I paid over $1000 for not only did he say you bring me a receipt showing you gave someone a $1000 for it I'll give you a that for free and you can keep the ring. Then Proceeds to throw a buddle of money out on the counter in front of me and says, It's your if you show me a receipt saying anybody sold it to you for that while screaming and yelling! Then tells his employees not to even give this "Brother" a offer since he tells me he paid $1000 for it. Its real but Im a diamond appraiser he says. Then He happily takes aadvantage of a women before me giving her 20 dollars for her ring since she had no ID and was trying to get a bus ticket. Rude, Racist, and beyond disrespectful! Thought it was against the law to sell/buy anything at pawn shop/store without paperwork....

Came in Friday the 22nd to look at guns. Was told it would take close to a week for the sled check cause it was the weekend plus Memorial Day that following Monday. Well they called me early Tuesday morning to inform all was cleared and I was ready for my pick-up. Well when I came in they had all the paperwork ready for me to just pay and go. Well as you can guess a new gun came in and I wanted to exchange. John the gentlemen behind the counter had NO issues with changing me out and explained the whole process to me. Great people. Great buy. They saved me 100's of dollars and threw in an extra clip....

This is the worst shop I’ve ever been in!!!! Please do not waste your time or money here. The staff is a joke and will mock you for asking a decent price for anything. They are very disrespectful to women and extremely racist. They do not require paperwork for jewelry so there is no guarantee behind gold, diamonds or silver. I am also aware that they knowingly buy stollen merchandise from Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Ace hardware. If you are looking for a fair deal or somewhat decent customer service I would recommend any place in Anderson BUT this sorry excuse of...
