RIDE BIKE SHOP — Local services in Andover

My partner got me a bike for my birthday from here. We went in together to make sure the bike was my size. We got two bikes, one for me and one for him, each was around $700-$800. The customer service was excellent, Bill took care of us and made us feel comfortable. The only reason they lost 1 star is because there were not many options for bike accessories. We did not love the helmet options/colors. I was also looking forward to buying a basket for my bike but they only had two ugly options. They offer a one year warranty on the bikes and will make any repairs within that year too, so that’s nice! Kind of wish they offered some type of deal/extras considering we bought 2 fairly...

Awesome local bike shop! These guys know what they are doing. I've had several repairs done during this past year to my bike and they had me up and running fast. You know what else... They don't nickel and dime you either. You get a fair price for quality work. Also this year it was time for a new bike so of course I went to Ride. They ordered me what I wanted and I had it fairly quickly even during this pandemic! They set me up on the bike and sent me on my way. I highly recommend this shop. Best one in the area by far. Do yourself a favor and make it a point to visit these guys for all your future...

This place Rocks!!!

I came in late on Friday afternoon with a jacked rear derailleur looking for help and expecting to say goodbye to my ride for week. Instead I had my expectations blown away! Bill and Chris put my ride on the stand and immediately began working to fix the problem. A few minutes later I was walking out the door ready to ride the weekend. Super knowledgeable, attentive and willing to help the customer. Pricing was great for what they did for me as well. I can’t say enough positive things about this place! Definitely my new bike shop and it should be...
