IL Gusto Pizzeria & Italian — Restaurant in Andover

I was pleasantly surprised by this Italian pizzeria! As an Italian I have to say that this pizzeria has done a great job in bringing Italian cuisine to America. The “penne alla boscaiola” I tasted were delicious! The pasta was cooked to the right point and the sauce was rich and tasty. But what struck me the most was the service: the people behind the counter were extremely friendly and welcoming, they made me feel at home. I was fascinated by the passion and dedication that these guys have for their kitchen and for their customers. "IL GUSTO" PIZZERIA! 🙌MAMA MIA! 💥 This place has absolutely OUTRAGEOUS Pizza 🫡 the Dough is phenomenal! Light and flaky with the perfect amount of crisp and it wasn't even cooked well done . They use top quality ingredients. I could tell from the first bite that they used only the best cheese. The sauce, was borderline sweet but not quite there the only way to actually explain it, PERFECT ☝️ I also ordered an entree which was very delightful. We've been coming here since they first opened, and from that very first order, we were treated like family. The owner always greets you with a big smile and a great sense of humor, and his wife, who runs the register, is incredibly sweet and welcoming.

The food is consistently delicious and made with the highest quality ingredients — all at very reasonable prices. They’re also happy to customize orders to your liking, which we really appreciate since our family is picky. We love a light crust, and he never disappoints!
