Let me start off by saying, I live very close to this store and frequent it quite often, multiple times a week. I attended my local unorganized, over crowded, but friendly local Dollar General last evening to have my shopping experience brutally interrupted by the ranting of store associate Kim! Kim wanted to share with us her views about 45 building “the wall”, and how she wishes to be part of such an experience. Kim then went on to celebrate how delighted she is to serve 45, and all the marvelous qualities he has contributed to her life.
The Dollar General sits in the heart of a community filled with Mexican and African Americans! Is this the political view point of a company supported grossly by a Mexican and African American community? If not, activity and conversation like this is vastly unacceptable, and needs to be addressed publicly!
The store was full of Mexican & African Americans last night as it always is! The gentleman at the counter looked up at me defeated and angry as he left the store shaking his head in disbelief! Read moreWent today & was yelled at by an older worker who was more worried about someone parking IN THE parking spot near her car IN A parking lot than getting her store cleaned up & actually working. It was a disaster inside, very dirty, unorganized and couldn’t get to any shelves due to unpacked boxes in the way. Her attitude was awful before I even walked inside. Definitely in need of new workers who don’t hate their job....
Read moreAlways empty and I see why! Employees have horrible attitudes the store is so very hard to shop in because of push carts and merchandise blocking the shelves. And you might as well forget trying to push a cart down some of the isles because the isles are blocked off and I refuse to go around just to try and squeeze down a isle and move boxes to shop.
