Purchased clothing items in Defiance OH. Tried to exchange at Angola IN. Admittedly no reciept. I expected at the least an even exchange for same item. This store did not have the same item. So, store credit? Nope, nada, zippo. Suddenly the clerk required the original cashier number. Ummmm without the original reciept, how do i get that? I was at our lake house over the weekend and came into the store for the first time. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive and answered all my questions. The worse customer service I've ever experienced. The first employee was fine and helpful. The second employee was rude.
