Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received by a business. I sent them an email inquiring about services and waited 4 days to email again with the same request while adding that I was disappointed that nobody had contacted me and if I did not hear from them soon, I would take my business elsewhere.

I was then contacted by them and we seemed to have everything worked out. I was about to make an appointment when I was sent a very rude email and was told to go elsewhere. Unbelievable! I can't believe they turned business away over a very simple misunderstanding.

I have got to hand it to this guy! My controller stopped working. And after doing some googling I saw it was not going to be cheap….. and not only that, it so happened that day many where closed. I was able to reach out to this individual who also happened to be working out of his home and i will add a very nice home. Even though I could tell it was slightly inconvenient he made it work I was able to drop it off right away. For the price I paid to fix this controller would’ve only partially paid for any of the other prices I was quoted....
