How would any female feel if you book any type of salon or spa appointment and go to the appointment, finish the service and to find out it was done by someone who you didn't even book the appointment with!??

Scheduled HydroAdvance Facial with Jess. Of course they make you provide a credit card if you don't show up they'll charge you. Came to appointment front desk didn't say anything, no welcome no greeting whatsoever. Next to her stands another girl who was holding an ice pack on her swollen lips. I checked in, filled out my medical consent form.... the girl with the ice pack came to me and took me to the room. She started the facial, no introduction, no communication, nothing. Immediately I was uncomfortable. 35 minutes later she ends. Let me explain $175 facial in 35 minutes.... also while performing the facial no towel was put on my neck and the water was dripping down my chin into my neck behind my back. Very uncomfortable. Mid-facial during 10 min UV light process she tells me she's going to the restroom. After the facial she hands me a pamphlet of services and cost.... and Tells me "here's Jess business card", I don't have one yet. At that moment shockingly I discovered that I was treated by a random esthetician who's not even employed there fully, most likely right out of school, not on their website as a provider. I was in disbelief. I walk out and tell myself never ever will this place see me again. I drove 35 minutes because someone I know knows the owner and recommended her spa. I called on my way home asked for a Manager. Girl who picked up phone said, "that's me", I asked well what's your name? No introduction again nothing. I explained my concerns to her and she said I was completely right and Jess was in a webinar and couldn't do my appointment. I said how is that acceptable, wouldn't you have the professionalism to call me, do a heads up and ask me if that is ok or ask me to reschedule? At the end I hang up because such unprofessional place is not worth my time...

this was my second time doing my lip filler at this location my first time Cindy did them I purchased full syringe only used 50% and stored rest and never used rest. Second time was the most recent one somebody else did it, and I did the mini filler which was the same amount from the last time zero results like i did not do anything no difference took pho before and after you couldn’t even see a difference next day i send photos to owner and she ask me to re pay at to re do them of course i will not do that this was waste of money she told me that probably was different technique from last time used well, my first technic lasted me for almost 15 months and I was happy and I could tell the difference from the day one and for many months this time no difference at all i was really disappointed on top of this i came to my appointment at 11am and i was seeing at 1 PM and she offered me $50 off she told the front desk lady to take off of total it’s not like i ask for this this doesn’t make it ok not have service done correctly and have your customer happy i was returning customer.if i notice any difference even 5% I wouldn’t even say anything this is not ok and i’m really disappointed at this service i was hoping from her to...
