August 2025 to September 5, 2025 I have been to this business twice for an issue with the stitching done to repair a hole on a pair of black jeans. I do not live nearby this business. Today the manager decided to give me a refund. The female manager was rude but her husband was a professional. The manager was offensive on the phone as I tried to explain the issue with my jeans. The stitching did not cover the entire area. They used white and black patches for repairs. On my 2nd visit i asked the manager why did she use a white patch on black jeans....she responded, " do you want black?" I told her that the white would show through. Anyway, I waited for the repair to be completed. The results were the same with the exception of additional stitching and a smal black patch added to the area where the stitching was opening. While I was waiting in the store a lady came in complaining how her items were not ready. She said the store had her items for days and they promised her items would be ready today. The manager asked her to wait. The lady proceeded to tell the manager that she had a flight to catch. Side note: The manager was very polite to this Caucasian customer. I am an african amarican woman. I immediately noticed the change in the managers tone with the Caucasian woman. Btw- i walked i the store before the Caucasian woman and the manager waited on her before me. I will never support this busines. Do better and please treat everyone the same. I have been struggling to find a replacement for over a month and I was just overwhelmed about the pricing. I found CASMERA Over Google and was looking over the reviews. Everyone seem to be pleased so I went ahead and text and ask so many questions and I forgot the gentleman's name, but he has been very helpful of implying the right one and telling me about the martial of each. It has been over two months that I haven't got my black purse. Always love to keep an update And the receptionist has been very helpful and before that it got fixed, she told me ahead of time that The claps that I wanted originally was not the correct color or the color that I wanted so they found a replacement and it's just like the original Clasp that was broken and no extra charge! I’m so please.

My exact preferences were carefully noted, services to be provided and pricing were transparently communicated, payment was straightforward and upfront, and the quality of work has been perfection each time. My one suggestion is that Casmera should be more communicative about if the work is taking longer than expected or is ready for pickup--I had to reach out to follow up for each of the purses, although I always received a prompt response either by text or phone.
