HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!!! TERRIBLE ITEM QUALITY!! I was in ANNAPOLIS mall shopping for my trip. I never heard of this place before (gifts and alpaca too store at Annapolis mall Maryland) and i had a reasonable doubt. I bought a Salmon poncho for $180.00 and looks okay and i actually liked it! So, i packed it away as soon as i got home then the day after i was reorganizing my bag because of the weight limit, i took all my clothes out including the SALMON PONCHO then i saw couple of snags on the side of it. I went back to the store as soon as i got the chance after I came back from the my trip and the same lady ARLENE who assisted me when i bought the item said that THEY DONT DO RETURNS, which she failed to inform me that moment when i was in the process of buying the poncho. I insisted to get my money back because of the low quality of the products that they sell. She told me that she might have to call me back because SHE DOESN'T KNOW what to do and the OWNER, FRANCIS ROSA is not able to pick up the call at that moment. In a couple of days ARLENE called me back and said, They will return my money but they'll take out $75.00 for repair fee because of the damage, which is ridiculous because i wasn't able to use the item at all. I demanded to talk to the owner and i did not expect that it will be the WORST! . She is totally disrespectful and HAS NO CONCERN about her customer. She blamed me for the situation and did not give me any alternative solution. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING in this place. They sell expensive items and DOESN'T CARE about their...

A great seasonal store with high quality products and a very friendly staff. I come here every year to get moccasins and soles. Very specialty niche store and I implore you to check them out before you buy the same uggs your neighbor has.. I have tried hundreds of different moccasin/fur boot brands and Sheepskin Gifts & Alpaca Too are by far one of the best!
