Chick-fil-A Annapolis Mall — Restaurant in Maryland

I like Chick-fil-A almost anywhere, but this location inside the mall has poor service compared to most others I have visited. The food is consistently good as expected across this franchise with everything well-prepared and fresh. Unfortunately the staff is often uncoordinated and while they usually get your order ready quickly behind the counter, they have trouble getting it to you at the order pickup. Several occasions now we have watched this happen, and it is really frustrating when the order is small like just a sandwich and drink or something.

Otherwise, the restaurant area is clean. They do chicken well and with a small menu the food is consistently delicious. Their One app they have makes ordering a breeze, but at this location is does not often beat the wait in line due to the service issues mentioned above. Unless you absolutely must have Chick-fil-A on your mall visit, I'd recommend giving one of the other food court...

I had the most amazing experience with the GM and his team from this location today at work. The gentleman came into our bank today and happened to see that we were operating with only 2 people, our lunch we got from Chick Fil A was behind our stations spread out at 2:30 with not much eaten. He noticed the food was cold and the quality was not up to his standards, so he immediately called the store and had a team member bring over the two items. It may not seem like a huge deal, but to us it was the most amazing thing and this is why Chick Fil A sets the bar high when it comes to client service and food quality, which no other "fast food" restaurant can come even remotely close too. Today I went to this location and have so many times before. It was not crowded at all. As soon as I got in line, I was helped out. I ordered with my cow card, the freebie of the month, any size drink any size fry. I got both large sizes. My order went through at 202p. I stood in line, getting my drink shortly thereafter. Then a door dash guy came to pick up his order. It seemed like everything stopped for his order. 8 minutes later I get my fries. 8 minutes! How hard is it to put fries in a container and put in a bag?! I didn't even get any napkins! Friends were sitting down already enjoying their meals.
