My experience today was horrible I’m the kind of person that never complains but what happen today was so disrespectful, I orders two drinks, the lady that was taking my order was checking a tablet I’m guessing is a door dash tablet, at the same time I was ordering, she got both of my drinks wrong, when I told her if its extra I dont mind paying the difference then she raised her voice saying the drinks she was giving me were the ones I ordered I said no, she did fixed them but as she was doing it she was growling super loud and throwing stuff around and talking to the other girl she was working with my little brother felt so bad and scared because she was making those sounds, like if he did something wrong, I always come to this place never had a problem till today I wasn’t asking for free drinks, I just think this was very rude and unprofessional, maybe this girl was having a bad day but that was not the way to act specially...

However, this time it was made incorrectly so she politely asked the associate to remake the drink. They argued with us back and forth several times and refused to remake the drink. In addition, they also declined to refund our money!!! This drink was $7.96 which didn’t break my pocket nor would have broken their bank to remake the drink for a customer who regularly spends money at this location. I asked the associate her name and she clearly gave me a fake name (Michelle) so I’m taking the time to share this review to not spend your money at this particular establishment if you care about customer service.
