We have had downed powerlines behind our house for 4 days now and no one has even come to check on anything. Our children are freezing without heat or hot water and we keep having to direct traffic and people around the tree and powerlines still in the road. This company has done nothing even though we have reported it more than once now. Electrician came at dark and fixed it. AP came back and got our power going. I know how dangerous a job is. My nephew has worked for years repairing lines!
