O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Anniston

I've always liked oreillys and its where i buy all of my parts but today was a disappointment! I was needing to get some roters resufaced for my truck so i take them off and head to the oreillys on hw 78 east take them in and the guy told me that he couldn't do them because they had been missing some little part on there machine and for some reason no one had gotten it but i could take them to the Anniston store. So i jump back in my truck get to the Anniston store and the guy tells me nether him or the other guy that was working knew how to use the Machine and the guy that knew how was gone to lunch so i leave them and he takes my phone number and said when they got done he would call me that was at 400 pm so 730 pm still haven't heard from them so i call the guy answer and says that it was beyond his ability to turn them keep in mind they came off a 2019 truck and still looked great no groves or anything i just wanted to get them resurfaced because i could fill a little vibration when i hit the breaks. I think if are going to offer a service at least train your employees on how to perform that service im very disappointed...

The store manager was extremely helpful when I had a check engine light come on. He told me that OReilly’s would go out to my car and scan it to give me a full report of what exactly is wrong. I didn’t know they can do that. After scanning my car I was told what was wrong, and was able to get my questions answered, helping me to understand what parts were needed, and how complex it might be to fix. As the repair was outside my ability to fix on my own and I would need to take it somewhere to repair, the store manager, Mr. Kolgin, told me how much the part costs, and gave me an approximate about how much labor time there would be so I could then make an informed decision about any estimates I would get. In fact, after I got my first estimate from a nearby shop, Mr Kolgin suggested I get another opinion saying the estimate was too high. In the end, I was able to get the repair done for almost half of what I thought I might have to pay. I appreciated how he took customer service to a whole new level, and I am now a loyal...

This store is usually professional and helpful. 2yrs ago I gave this location 5 stars. Today I came in for brake pads. I knew they had them in stock because I bought the front brakes yesterday and was going to buy the rear. The young blonde head guy stated the computer says in stock. He walked back to the same isle 3 times then told me they didn't have. So I went to the other location in Anniston they didn't have but told me this location had them in stock. Went to Jacksonville they had them in stock but also informed me that Anniston had them. I told the clerk they told me they didn't. He told me they probably didn't look for them or they were in the wrong place. The first store in Anniston the guy could have asked his Co workers for help but didn't. I had to drive to Jacksonville when they were right here in Anniston. This occurred...
