Hannah's — Local services in Antioch

Unfortunately don't want to come back. Adorable items and love the scrapbook section with their own kits made by them but my experience with staff was appalling. Brought my toddler and mother with to browse scrapbook section and yes he was running but he wasn't tearing anything down and being destructive. Running back and forth squealing enjoying himself. He kept himself occupied well. Older lady kept passing eyeing us and asked if we needed help said no we enjoy browsing. Bought ~$70 us both! Took little guy towards check out and he was being gentle. He was scolded for touching and yes they are glass shelves but he was being gentle. He adores Christmas items and wants to touch. What really appalled me was another customer came in wanting to have a conversation with staff about something in the front and they couldn't understand them cause of their speech impediment. Once they brushed them off, they left and same older lady made comment of "those types of people" and proceeded to walk off. I was of course only three feet away at the check out counter! My kids are special needs too - including the toddler actually! HATED the experience especially not being local to the town! I will not recommend for future shop hops or anything to do with...

This store has everything. You need a baby gift? Boom they have it. Need a wedding gift? Boom they have you covered. Let’s say you just want to brighten someone’s day. They have just what you are looking for. Into Scrapbooking? Hannah’s has a whole section dedicated to scrapbooking and card making. Are you interested in doing weekend scrapbooking retreats? Look no further. We have the best time at one of Hannah’s retreats. We are a bunch of gals that get together and have a great time doing something we love. Don’t like to scrapbook? That’s ok neither do I , I make my cards. I have the best time. So many laughs. Hands down, the best place...

I used to love purchasing craft items in the old store. I could always find everything I needed for anything I was making. Even my grandkids loved it there! I just visited the new store for the first time, and was very disappointed. Walked around the entire store, for about 15 minutes, and was never asked if I needed any assistance. Almost everything, except for the scrapbooking area, offered other people's already made items. I guess I'll spend my money and time, for craft items, at Hobby Lobby and online. I guess if you aren't crafty, Hanna's would be okay, but for the prices they are charging, maybe people should become...
