Pederson Park is a nice little park for any time of the year. This municipal park has a picnic shelter that can be reserved. The park is also bordered by water on two sides and you can find people fishing at any time of the year, from regular casting fishing to ice fishing in the winter. Great for off leash dog walking. I routinely see people fishing (shore and ice fishing). There is a playground, large grassy area,, and is surrounded by water on 3 side. There is also a small pavilion with a few picnic tables , trash cans, porta potty and ample parking.
