Didn't respond to two recent inquiries despite automatic message assurances they would. IDs of Native American objects are often incomplete or incorrect.

10/16/2024: Three times I asked BRG if I won the auction on a pair of rings whether they could send them to Illinois? As before, no response, despite automatic message assurances they would.. And BTW, the description of one ring was incorrect; it read "no marks" when it bears the signature inside "Loloma," the greatest Hopi jeweler to date. The consigner missed out on the true value of the ring. I was prepared to go MUCH higher than the final bid. Terrible...

I commissioned this company to list 2 Broyhill end tables that were selling for $750 or more on other antique sites. I also had them list a set of Crescent line chairs. All were in excellent condition. I got a check for $53. The explanation that I got as to why these antique pieces were essential stolen was “People aren’t buying this type of furniture now.” If I had to choose between doing this again and being patient on FB Marketplace…We’ll.. you know the answer based on what...

Bought 2 little jars from the auction, drove 4 hours to pick them up. They told me that they couldn't find them and refund the money. Was super disappointed!!!! a few months later, the nice employee lady called to let me know that they found one of them, I told them that I would like to buy it. However the company said they can sell more in the coming auction. Be aware of this auction house! NO business ethics...
