Absolutely no help and the manager / shift lead wouldn’t let us (the employee and myself) see if the bulbs fit before I purchased. I have a 2018 Accord with halogen high beams that I would like changed out to LED. With it being such a new car, it’s not in their system to see what size bulbs to use. The employee looked up a 2017 and we were going to try those out to see if they would fit the car. Before going outside to see if they would fit, the employee asked the manager / shift lead if we could try them out and he also explained the situation. The manager / shift lead replied with “The lights went out that quick? No, we can’t do that. The initial experience was fine. Bought 2 golf cart batteries for my son-in-law’s RV. Entire transaction was 5 minutes. Paid $311.00. The guy loaded them into my trunk and took the old ones. All good. But then my wife told me she needed to use the restroom. I stopped the guy as he was carting the old batteries back in the door and asked if my wife could use the restroom. He looked at me blankly, and said “our restroom is not for public use.” I was stunned. I said “I am not the public, I am a customer! Sooo I went in to get my phone repaired the screen they fix it bt one I got my phone it was on 5% and on airplane mode which I’m not sure why bc i know the had a charger for my iPhone when I turn airplane mode off my phone die and wouldn’t come back on or anything by time I realize my phone will not do ANYTHING they was closed so I took it back today they told me I needa a battery so I say ok come back phone still not working and now they tell me I have water damage I’m was very upset not only about the 85$ I had just gave them for a phone I could no longer use bt my sister graduated college and all my pictures was in my iPhone which I couldn’t back up bc my screen was cracked I ask for my money back they said it wasn’t in the warranty they didn’t say sorry or anything very...
