Horrible customer service. I went in with a pic of how I wanted my nails they told me they can't do that because its 4 colors on 1 nail um what! I wanted to leave but my feet was already in water so I stayed because it was a ME TIME day and I was not going to let them ruin it for me so I chose another color and design I waited over 30mins just to get my feet done then when doing my nails I am asking questions about what type of diamonds or nail pearls you have the guy act like he didn't want to talk but his cellphone was ringing back to back and he kept stopping to answer it he even stopped doing my nails to call someone I'm looking like I don't want to be in here all dang day I walked in at 3 left at 6pm 3 long hrs that's crazy. It really only takes about 30 mins to do feet and like 35 mins for nails and then less than 5mins to do eye brows and like 20 mins to dry nails etc so I should been in and out in 1 hr and 30 mins but they was moving all slow it took forever for my turn to come and then when I do get in chair for nails dude all on his phone they whole time keep on stopping then when he polished my nails he got polish all on the sides of my finger on every finger I'm like he not evening trying to polish neatly then he gets a brush with polish remove and clean up the sides but all that should have not happened anyways IJS then I wanted a silver glittery nail so I asked him I said is it best to paint nail silver then add the glitter polish so it can be more bold he strugged his shoulders like I don't know then puts 3 diff glittery polishes on the table like which one I made him polish and take off until I liked one of em the nerve of this dude and on top of all that my cuticle on 1 lil finger was pulled up because he pushed my cuticles back so I asked him can be cut the cuticle skin off he said NO cause that would cost more 1st of I didn't ask how much it cost I got money dude it should be more than a $1 to cut it from one finger he didn't do it I was so upset I am never going back. I been going there for years never seen those people before then I find out USNAILS has new owners that explains everything y'all new...

Lady did a terrible job at doing my nails! At first I requested gel nails which for some reason always confuses workers at nail salons according to my experiences. Gel nails are not done with powder and I'm not referring to gel polish!

As she is communicating with the other lady in their language, she finally goes and pulls out a container with this substance that appeared gel-like which she proceeds to pour a liquid into and mix.

As she's doing my nails, I noticed that she dips her brush in the powder container (acrylic). I'm already agitated at this point and I just let her continue.

I realized later on that many of my nails were not smooth, it's as if there were ridges in them.

My total was $75! Nails were $45 ! Pedicure $25 (French) and the additional $5 was the tip.

Fast forward 18 days later, my nails are already breaking and coming off! 😡

When I called to inform them, lady asked how many of my nails came off and that they'll redo them. In my opinion, if my nails are falling apart less than 3 weeks after having them done then ma'am I deserve a new set.

Since Tony and Cindy took over this Spa about a year ago it has come a long way! Under the previous administration, this place was pathetic, it was nasty, unorganized, and roach-infested. Now you go in and it's a more pleasant atmosphere everything is clean and the roach issue has come under control. Tony and Cindy or a fabulous couple always with a smile and greet you well each time you walk in. They do their job with excellence. Well they may not be perfect and while their business may be judged by the wrong actions of their employees we cannot judge a business based on just one experience.
