Update: After posting our review based on our original experience with this order, James, the store manager, stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for the mistakes, offering us a price adjustment to help offset the assembly mix-up and also helped us confirm that we had received all the spacers and parts we were not sure of having gotten since the pickup day was so chaotic. We have been working on assembling the cabinets and are happy with their quality so far, but must say the instructions they came with are worthless. Thank God our son has an Engineering mind and has been able to figure out the assembly without proper instructions. I say it is still worth checking them out, as their prices and quality are good, but if you special order something, make sure you confirm at the start what you are getting and ask a lot of questions. **We purchased all the cabinets for our son's new kitchen and were clearly told by James, the manager, that these cabinets would come assembled. It is even printed at the top of the receipt. However, when our son went to pick up the cabinets, he was shocked to see they were unassembled. The kitchen countertop was also not shaped the way that was described in the drawing that was made up. We have called the store several times and also emailed to ask that they own up to this mistake and make an adjustment to what we paid (over $4,000 worth), as this caused undue delay to their home project and we do not feel we got what we paid for. This was our 2nd purchase at this place. We decided to go with them again because we already had a card with them, we ended having 2 Xtra cabinets and when we returned it the manager working that day said he couldn't take it back because it was damaged. The cabinet was not used at all but the box was a little wet from being in the back of my husband's truck. I couldn't see any damage from it but he said you should have taken better care of it. I told him this project is done and I have no use for it but he said I can't help you come back another day to see the other manager. So I'm stuck with a cabinet I don't need, and lost the money. If this is truly a cabinet place they should have been able to take it, fix the issue with the cabinet and give us some credit. This was the first time we bought from Home Outlet and we are very satisfied. We went first to check out the quality of the bathroom vanities we were looking for after shopping on the website, even though it’s a bit of a drive. The price seemed too good to be true. When we entered the store Ricky was immediately helpful and knowledgeable answering all the questions we had. Pleasantly surprised at the quality we went home to double check our measurements and purchased them online with a 20% off coupon. When we went back to pick up the vanities we opened and inspected the one that came preassembled. We got no hassle there and they helped us unpack the product. There was a small ding in the side so Ricky suggested the solution of ordering a skin which came in quickly at no charge since the cabinet was damaged and called just a week later when it came in. Our whole experience was just a pleasure and I would definitely return there for future purchases. Great prices, great staff....
