Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wait ⭐️ Price 💲💲
The restaurant itself is way too small. There are not enough tables for the number of people wanting to dine in, including myself. 6 tables in total. I hope that down the road, they open another location and make it significantly bigger.
The staff are so sweet and polite.
The wait time is the reason I reduced a star. I walked in, and all the people at the tables were waiting for their meals.
I understand this place is new, but they're not prepared for the amount of business they're getting. There were so many door dash orders, in-house guests waiting, and walk-in/phone orders. It took 57 minutes to get my food from the time I walked in and ordered, and I was told half an hour because it was busy. That was the only downside. The food was absolutely worth the wait-so I expect it to be busy for lunch and dinner on the daily. I ordered the firecracker shrimp, Pho Tai for me, and pork fried rice for my husband. I also got a strawberry lemonade, and it was delicious, but you will want to order 2. Maybe ask for light ice. I didn't get much beverage out of it because it was all ice and stored in a freezer, so it stayed cold, thus freezing the entire drink. Still yummy af.
I will definitely go back and enjoy more Pho Tai and try other things. The...
Read moreThe name gives me pause but I am here for it. I am a PHO QUEEN. I was sad to move away from my favorite Pho spot in South Florida but so excited to see one that is literally 7 minutes away from my front door.
Yes, it takes a long time for food to be prepared. I am used to that with Pho kitchens and I am happy to wait for good food.
My first order at any Pho spot will always be a house special or combo beef. In this house, I ordered the house special combo. This large bowl for $16 comes with a quail egg, steak, meatball, brisket, tendon, and tripe. Great price for what you get!
For an appetizer we got the firecracker shrimp and they were not what we expected (we expected something like the bang bang shrimp). It was instead shrimp wrapped in a rice roll and fried with a spicy dipping sauce. It was okay, but not what we were looking for.
Finally the Pho came with a hefty pile of herbs and toppings. The broth was PHONOMENAL (yeah, I did). I feel like there wasn't a whole lot of meat in my broth, and it was missing the tendon and the tripe entirely. They may have accidentally made the house special instead of the combo.
There was great potential and we are looking forward to coming back and...
Read moreAmazing!!! That’s the One word I will use to describe my whole experience at this eatery. Here’s what we ordered:
Three different types of Pho:
Pick 2 Meats: I got the slice steak and brisket. Brisket Pho: My husband got this. House Pho: (To Go) Sliced steak, Brisket, Meatballs. The packaging for the to go order was perfect, no mess, just pour the broth ,which was separate from the rest of the ingredients, and it’s ready.
Firecracker shrimps: They were delicious; fresh, crunchy, and meaty. The sauce was a perfect balance of thick, creamy, tingling(from the chili) and sweet with a little hint of tartness.
One order of summer rolls(2 pcs): Again, FRESH, well balanced flavor and aromatic. The sauce was great but did leave me wanting it to be more thick and creamy so the peanut butter flavor comes through more. It was more of a watery sauce.
Vietnamese coffee creamed with condensed milk(Iced): Perfect end to a great dinning experience.
Overall I will definitely come again. As for the price, I would say that it’s fair specially for the quality of fresh and clean ingredients they use.
Good luck, hope your experience is nothing...
