I emailed Johnny back and forth a few times describing my problem with my pc not turning on. I will admit that attempted a DIY maintenance , and I knew I screwed up something in the process. Jr was at the shop and quickly went over the possible issues that it could be so that I was prepared for the worst. Jr had my pc running in under an hour. Then he recommended some needed upgrades . Johnny and Jr are the best. Johnny took his time to explain things to me and did a great job and very timely. I have a HP desktop that I have had since 2006, I've done some upgrades and such along the way. I'm not wanting to put $$ out for a new system yet so when my computer acted up I took it to Johnny. Had a desktop that was on it's last legs. Time to put it to rest. Jr set me up with a Dell. Ordered and had the Dell within a week at a price I couldn't pass up. Walked me through the process of transferring the data to the Dell so I knew what I had to do when I got home to be up and running. Set up was easy as Jr did most of the work for me.
