Wingstop — Restaurant in Apple Valley

We had such a great experience at this new Wingstop location — the staff was friendly, the service was quick, and our food was hot, fresh, and perfectly sauced! The guy at the front greeted us right away, let us know how long it would take, and made sure we’d get extra sauce like we asked. Even the woman who handed me my order was so kind — she greeted me before I even gave my name and insisted on opening the bag to go over everything with me.

This was a huge contrast to our last experience at a different location, where we paid over $70 for a dry, disappointing meal and couldn’t get anyone to respond to our calls or emails. We had completely given up on Wingstop because of that, even though I used to love it when I was pregnant and living in Riverside.

But this new spot completely changed our minds. It’s closer to our property, has an amazing team, and truly felt worth the drive and money. We’ll definitely be back — thank you to the crew here for restoring our faith...

Every visit to Wingstop is a treat, but my most recent experience was truly outstanding thanks to Nicky! From the moment I walked in, Nicky greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, double-checking every detail and offering great suggestions. The food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned—exactly what Wingstop is known for.

Nicky went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer, checking in to see if everything was good and making sure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find service that makes you feel both welcome and appreciated, but Nicky delivered just that.

We've ordered take-out from this particular Wingstop in Apple Valley several times since they opened @ $35-$45 per order. The first time everything was very good, but after that first order pretty much everything has been inedible, due to way too much salt and seasoning on the fries and wings. We had to throw our last few orders in the trash after taking a few bites. Don't get me wrong, I love salty food, but this was way over the top salty. I've called our local Wingstop more than once to let them know, but nothing ever seems to change. This is why we won't be ordering...
