Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Apple Valley

Came in today around 5 and got a single munchie meal and a couple other items. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here again. Time and time again the food and service just keeps getting worse. Employees in back too busy talking and laughing to properly make and bag orders. Said no taco sauce got taco sauce and my tacos were just nasty and soggy like they’ve been sitting for a while and were crushed on the bottom of the bag. Fries and chicken tasted burnt like the oil hasn’t been changed and was dark and the girl who took my order was just plain rude. I couldn’t get her name but she was bagging orders near the front. I’ve had bad encounters with her in the drive thru before and my wife as well. I don’t get why management allows and continues to allow this to happen. I worked in fast food and NEVER did my managers allow this to continue going on a month plus. Management needs to step it up OR YOU GUYS NEED A NEW MANAGER. I’m tired of being disrespected and having payed full price for my food I expect it to be nice, hot, fresh and decent. This fast food establishment is honestly one of the worst I’ve been too. First and foremost the professionalism of the staff isn’t there at all especially the so called shift leaders. I always used to come here but I don’t know what happened. There’s one tall skinny man in a grey shirt I think his name is John not too sure but he is always so rude and refuses to add stuff to my order with no other cars behind me. My food is always made sloppy when he is present and seems undercooked. I’ve came back through the drive through for this problem and he proceeded to say in a very rude manner “well I can just refund it if you want”. I was very upset and had my order remade and it took nearly 10 minutes!!!! This was completely uncalled for and he was yelling at other members of the staff in red shirts saying “hurry up” and “what’s taking so long”. I feel very sorry for the staff at this location having to deal with shift leaders like this. He should be fired no one should have to put up with someone like him who doesn’t want to serve...

Worst manager I've ever heard talk to her employees! I ordered one buttery Jack hamburger but when I got to the window they didn't have my order in the system. The manager running the windows immediately started yelling at her employees trying to find out who took my order. The employees look scared as she continued to yell at them right in front of me with the drive-thru window open. She eventually closed the windows and started yelling at them even more asking them who wanted to go home for messing up! She kept yelling stating that if they weren't going to do things right, they all needed to go home! I felt so bad for the employees! Stuff happens and people make mistakes. It wasn't the end of the world about my order and I got my sandwich within a couple of minutes. You could tell all the employees nerves for afraid, and were scared of their manager. If I was constantly yelled at like that, I probably would make a lot of mistakes being so nervous and intimidated! That lady definitely needs...
